With over a thousand different wines from regional leading winemakers all over the world, the wine list at Restaurant Savelberg is a measuring tool in culinary Netherlands.
Wines from wineries where our suppliers or ourselves, struggled in the past to be allowed to represent them, were added with pride to our climate-controlled basement.
Our sommeliers can scoop from almost all wine regions in the world in order to find the most appropriate glass to your chosen menu.

Over the years, kitchen and cellar has been influenced by the classical French style with emphasis on new developments while preserving its own way.
The often organic wines from conscientious wine farms, with an emphasis on healthy soil and grapes rather than high profits, are gladly served.

Despite the large selection of half bottles of wine we also serve per glass or we can recommend a carefully selected wine package accompanying your menu.
