We serve the below mentioned menus for companies of 9 people or more.
Given the high standard of quality in our kitchen we only serve one menu per company.

Lobster salad “Savelberg”; salad of lobster with artichoke,
green beans, duck liver and truffle

Various preparations of veal with caramelized solo garlic
and piccalilly emulsion

colombo curry sauce and puffed cereals
